PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

i recently had a puncture on the N1 and my VCLASS was towed to MERCEDES CENTURION dealership(worst choice ever).My wife and i had to wait for 4 and a half hours for them to replace 1 tyre.Very rude service advisor who couldnt be bothered.This service advisor didnt even report on the progress,i had to costantly ask what was happening.2 days after this ordeal,i learn that theyve ****** my spare wheel cover .when calling in i am taken from pillar to post.I dont know why this dealer is still open for service.PATHETIC
