Pathetic service at Mercedes Benz Zambesi

I just walked into the new Zambesi, Pretoria dealership looking at a family car for my wife. I spent about 10min walking through the pre-owned section, making eye contact with 4x of their sales executives, sitting at their desks on their phones, NOT ONE of them approached me offering assistance. I won’t be buying a car here.

Pathetic service Mercedes, you should know better.
