Pathetic service and no communication

I took my car in for a service on Tuesday the 14th of April 2015 to a Mercedes Benz approved dealership Mc McCarthy Inyanga. I got a call at 2pm that my car front brake pads are worn out and they must replace them. but they said this will take 7 days. I questioned how can changing break pads take 7 days? and what must i use since I need my car to execute my duties. I was promised to be called back I waited and waited ended up being stranded at work. On Wednesday I called the whole day leaving the messages and no one ever bothered to come back to me with a status of my vehicle. I have checked with other dealerships in KZN and they all have break pads for my vehicle as to why Inyanga Motors has not contacted them I don't know. What is so pathetic is the quality of service I am receiving. Just ignoring me is it because I do not have a loud mouth? I rather go back to Audi and Volvo I never experienced such ****py service with them.
