Pathetic customer service

This dealership needs to be taught the meaning of customer service. My car was booked in 1 week prior for a replacement of my tail lamp. Arrangements were made for me to drop of my car and be taken back to work. I arrived at the dealership at 7:45, booked my car in and just waited. I ended up waiting over an hour, this even after explaining the urgency of having an important client meeting.
