Pathethic service from pieternaritzburv branch

I'm so disappointed with the treatment I'm getting today. Up until now my car is not ready its still under service plan for goodness sake. They waited until I called to notify me on the fact that they still getting a go ahead from their head office it's on 89000 and the service is suppose to end at 100 000 I'm what a pathetic service
