Passenger seat developing tear

I have a 2019 C180 which is still motorplan and I just realised that the front passenger seat has developed a tear at the bottom where the stitching has been done. This is really strange because i hardly have passengers in my car and i have had other cars before and the seats have never shown any sign of tear which made me to believe that this is premature wear or the seats have factory faults. this is the least i had expected from a car brand like Mercedes Benz i am really disappointed.

someone please assist me on how to get this fixed .
