Parts delays.

We are still awaiting for parts for my vehicle for almost two months now. Not a single feedback at al from the case manager BL from Merc SA. Have a reference number but every time I call the call centre I speak to a different person and the case manager is always out on lunch or busy and promises are made to return my calls but never once had the courtesy of returning the call. Being a health care provider in the midst of the third wave now without a vehicle and zero assistance from Merc SA is unacceptable.
