Paarl Bad service- C220d consider old at 154 000kms

<p>COMPLAINT MERCEDES BENZ PAARL!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 weeks ago EGR light on my C220D. Mercedes benz Paarl reset the EGR light. 40kms later, EGR light on again. Mercedes Benz Paarl clean the EGR @ R 1500. 40kms later, EGR light on again. Paarl Mercedes Benz Quote me R 8000 (after i refuse to pay labour again) to replace the EGR unit. UNIT REPLACED, 40kms later, EGR light on again. When i took the vehicle back, Zanie (service advisor said that her DP Estienne made a comment:"Maybe its time to get a new car????? So is the lifespan on a Mercedes Benz C220d only 154000kms???? Now a quote of R 16 000.00 to replace an EGR filter??????Estienne DP Paarl said that this is common if the EGR goes the Filter goes as well? Then why not advise me when we did the EGR replacement? Wrong part replaced initially? Logged a Complaint yesterday with Mercedes Benz SA ********** 355 with Dinou. Today i called Dinou, she is off sick and no notes made on a system and i need to explain the story again. Manager not available to speak to. Advisor assisted me wants to know "What is the problem?" Shocking service from Mercedes Benz !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Await feedback from Mercedes Benz SA regarding this matter ?????</p>
