Not happy with service received at Merc

Good day

I am not in favour of the service i received at the Sandton branch. My car is still under warranty as well as its service plan, yet i received the worse service ever. I took my car for a service, a month later the brakes is giving me hassles. I contacted the branch, just to find out this was never changed during the service. I returned the car for brakes, not even more than 6 months the brakes ask to be changed again.

If this is the service people receive for such an elite brand of cars than there's a problem. I would like to travel on the 30TH December and need this to be checked changed by no later than 29th December.

I would prefer to do this in Mercedes Midrand, to check the car fully, brakes, brake pads, shocks, plugs etc and to ensure the car is fully compliant to go on the road.

Please advise as soon as possible.
