Northcliff Bad service

<p>My car was booked for almost 3 weeks and I have only been called once regarding the progress of the car.I have been calling and the lady assisting has been promising to call me back.At the moment I have been using a car that I have been borrowed by the car dealership Toyota Malibongwe and because of the car sercurity features my laptop was ****** from the car .How long does it take to fix a sunroof and would someone care to call at least give me an estimated time of when to collect my car.Three weeks has been long driving a car that is not mine let alone the inconvenience this has caused .Of course I will not be able to travel anywhere because of the risk.Im very disappointed with the service.</p>
