Non disclosure of the real car model

I bought a demo car in 2020 and I was told it was a 2020 year model and even the documents I have with the financing company are showing the year model of the car as 2020. I only found out last week when I was booking a service that my car is a 2019 year model. I have asked to see the documentation showing that the car is a 2019 car and to my surprise, I have not received a call from the sales manager from Shelley beach who promised to look for documents and call me back.
