NO SAFETY! Damaged a nerve dur to malfunction of the safety feature!!!

<p>on Sunday 14 May 2017 i was driving North on the N2, due to wet road conditations my car hit an oil patch. i lost controll of my car it was slammed 3 times into a concreate barrier. i was flung around and even hit my head on the steering and door post. during this entire incident my car not once did the safety belts lock and no air bags have deployed!!! Our family has only driven Mercedes-Benz because of this safety feature.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call up NMI in durban and ask them they say the sencors might not have been hit, my problem is with the bonnet bent in and entire bumper smashed in leave alone the impact the back and front of the car has taken how is this possible??? </p> <p> </p> <p>Mercedes-Benz is unable to give me any reason what so ever as to why the belts did not loc**** the service is digusting, and today the 16th of May the very same area another accidnt had occured and again the same story. can some one advise me which lawyer i should contact? I have severe whiplash and a damaged ankle from being flung around. My car is only 2 years old and it is an CLA 200 AMG, i was really upset by what has happened insurance has written the car off but still my body would never be the same according to my Dr because i have lost strenght which already cause damage to a damage nerve on my left side of my neck.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like answeres!!!!</p>
