No response to request for parts

I emailed Mercedes Benz via their contact on their website looking for various parts for a Sprinter Van. There has been zero response. I am in Zambia, so thought I would inquire that way before telephoning. What do they have a contact form for? Are they still in business? How rude can a company get, or how unconcerned they are about possible business. Clearly they are doing exceptionally well, and have no need to sell parts. And clearly they are so arrogant that they don't bother to respond to queries. Just disgusting.
