No response to complaint lodged with Mercedes Benz

The management, Mercedes Benz South Africa: I have not received a response to my correspondence herein. I am very disappointed in Mercedes Benz for ignoring me and treating me with contempt. Your records will show that over the years I have bought at least 4 new vehicles from your establishment. I have NEVER experienced the nightmare I have been experiencing with the purchase of my recent vehicle as recently as September 2017. The attached correspondence articulates my complaint which to date is just simply being ignored and no one cares. I have been handed over to your attorney’s and recently received a summons to appear in court. Is this how you deal with your loyal customers? I have made sure that my family and friends are aware of my case and I can assure you, that we will not be dealing with Mercedes moving forward. I am not an unreasonable person BUT require closure re. the matter herein before I lay the matter to rest. If I do not get a response hereto I intend escalating the matter to the highest Mercedes Benz authority until I get onto someone to listen to my case. Your response hereto would be much appreciated.
