No Response to complaint about swapped tyres

My front tyres threads were recorded at 7mm depth when I took my car in for a service at MB Sandown. Three weeks later, they advised that the threads were 1mm each for both front tyres. I was told that the breaks were cleaned and was querying of the tyres had been swapped accidentally. I had received no response as yet since June 2015.
