No response

My vehicle's engine was replaced due to the timing chain snapping and the resultant damage caused. I contacted Mercedes Benz via email, telephonically and through their facebook page, initially on 5 February 2016, with the primary request to them to reassure me as to the work carried out and that the vehicle will operate as intended. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO DATE.

So, the new engine of just over a month is now faulty - does not start properly, significantly reduced power, engine warning light on etc.. The vehicle was inspected on Saturday by my local dealership and is now booked in for 30 March for further inspection and repair.

I contacted Mercedes a few times today, with no response and them failing to call me back. I spoke to David this afternoon, who now tells me that Levi Naidoo will contact me tomorrow... I've been waiting on a response since 5 February, so lets see if this happens.

This absolute lack of regard for a customer is quite astounding, considering what Mercedes tries to stand for as a brand i.e. Mercedes Benz - the best or nothing. I clearly am on the NOTHING side!!
