NO LIFT TO WORK AFTER DROPPING CAR OFF FOR SERVICE - CT

originally joined the M-B family in part due to its great service to customers but that viewpoint I'm afraid has changed after once again having to arrange transport back to work after dropping the car off for a service at M-B Cape Town. Why is this former part of the service no longer included?? Surely M-B cannot still be hiding behind a pathetic Covid excuse when other vehicle manufacturers DO currently include the lift to work/home part of the service
