NO customer service from Mercedes Benz South Africa

Mercedes Benz have an amazing customer don't care department. They log calls and and promises responses within time frames and send letters that are factually incorrect . One would think a company like Mercedes Benz would protect their brand , -not in South Africa - they are just not interested in giving client service, very sad, will not consider buying another
