New Vaal Motors Ignoring Damaged Caused By Them

Good Day,

I took my 2015 MB W205 C63 AMG to New Vaal Motors for a check engine light error. They fixed the car by replacing a coil. However, in doing so also damaged a pipe. The vehicle is currently standing at Mercedes-Benz Centurion whom have been very helpful and order the part, however requested that New Vaal should pay for this as the damaged could have only been caused when repairing the vehicle. Photo's and e-mails have been sent to them but are now just ignoring both myself and the Centurion dealership. I am working abroad and flying back on Friday and will not have a car to use. This is unacceptable, I expected more from MB especially from an AMG approved dealership.
