New GLC coupe brakes problems

I have bought a new GLC coupe 6 months ago and it has been in for brakes "repair" twice already . After the last repair the brakes made no noise for 2 days but after that we were back to normal.First I was told that the brakes had dust and were cleaned and the second time they had loosened something from the brakes. I do not think MBSA is aware of what all this negative comments is doing to their brand. I am so emotionally exhausted because I have been sending emails and phoning .I emailed the dealership requesting the documentation of what was fixed, the technician by the name of Deon phoned me to let me know what was done on the car verbally and he promised to email me the documentation of what was fixed, needless to say i am still waiting! I wish i could post the videos of the noise coming from the car when reversing . I have had to resort to asking people to take random videos as proof . I thought its a norm to have a written report when a car is serviced or repaired. My family and I have been loyal to MBSA for many years and have maintained a good relationship with our sales consultant Bevlyn who has been very helpful during all this traumatic experience but after all of this drama we are definitely going to consider other options.
