Never ending wait for parts.

After being involved in a very minor accident on the 17th of December 2022 (back bumper), my car has been stuck at the panel beaters waiting for parts from Germany. Reading these other reviews of people who are in the same boat, I regret ever buying a Mercedes Benz. This experience has been a joke and I wont be surprised if they crash and burn as a result of their terrible customer service and communication. If Mercedes continues like this they’re so f****d. Good riddance. First time buyer just became a last time buyer. Cheers.
