Need my refund

I bought a C180 with Menlyn Branch , on the quotation was a sky tracker that was supposed to be fitted on my car . The sky tracker was never installed as the old car had a tracker and the contract was still active . The old tracker was put into a new car . I have requested refund even now i havent got any feedback. When i bought that car i was given a voucher for mercedes benz which was ****** with my bag . I reportedd and also send e-mail and spoke to Kgomotos last year even now no response . Last week i called and spoke to their manager he promised to return my car even now i am still waiting
