Need Justice

Very unhappy and satisfied the way they handled my issue. My car had a problem whiles still under service plan and i reported the problem and booked for it at Gerden City Motos Pietermaritsburg. They then said they will order parts and let us know once arrived. Only to call them after noticing that it took so long, and was so amazed when they said there is notjing of that kind in theit system and cant help me, To my suprise the story changed after consulting the senior mamager .He said after some invetigation about this matter he got report that says they ordered the parts and arrived and booked for the car but never showed up which is total lies. I really need justice since that problem still exists.
