Motor plan expired at 82000
I took in my car service at Grand central this morning, when i took it in i was told that it is off motor plan and this service shall be paid for in cash.
It is now on 102000.
Yes i understand that my motor plan covers up to 100 000 however, at 96000 i took it in at polokwane when it had breaks problems and asked them to also service the car but they then refused and said to be that the car is due for last free service ar 102000 rather we wait for the last service instead.
We waited and now it is on 102000 and it is due for that service we waited for then stories start
Tried to call the customer care to understand this and was told that the service that was done in Jan 2020 had overlaped to 82000 and that is what caused the vehicle to ask for another service which is unfortunately over the 100 000 mark.
From what i was told it was clear that last service was 82000 mark and the 18000 to 100 000 mercedes will not cover.
I spoke to the manager at customer care and he also insisted that this nolonger involves mercedes as car is off motor plan. We agreed that i will have to pull my car off grand central as i do not have the money to service it.
I need clarity, When was i supposed to service the car to ensure i get all the services as per motor plan? from what i am hearing i was supposed to take it in even though it has not asked for service but then again i took it in at 96000 but polokwane refused.
I trusted your services but this does not add up
