Most disgusting service

My car was not starting this morning at about 10:00 am. I contacted the call center and was advised that the technician would arrive in 45 min. Shortly after the call with the call center I received a call from a the technician whom advised me that he was at a funeral and would come and assist me once he was done. I waited patiently at at 14:24 I called him out of frustration to find out where he was and to my surprise he had forgotten about me. He apologized and advised that he was on his way to assist. I called him again at 14:56 , and again said he had forgotten. At 15:30 again I called and he advised me that he does not work at that time of the day especially on weekends and as I was very frustrated he told me to log a complaint he does not care. Up to now 17:10 no one has arrived from Mercedes to assist me. Is this the service that we pay for? Is this the treatment you offer clients? Its pathetic and unbelievable. I'm so disgusted.
