Mirepresentation of Prices

I was given a quote for the repair of my car in their logo and full amount and was told they will only start with the repairing when they have 50% of the total, I paid the 50% last week and today I settled the amount and I'm told the email and quote that was send buy them is not write and the recommendation by the technician was wrong only when I have paid the full amount and I was told they will leave the engine outside and won't return my full amount, I have everything in black and white proofs of emails
