MERCEDEZ BENZ VEHICLE VERY TROUBLESOME

<p>I purchased a 2011 E250 CDI in 2016. The vehicle plan of which I have also extended. To date the vehicle has been giving me nothing but trouble. I have reported the various problems to the service manager as well as the dealer principal at Garden City Motors Pietermaritzburg which was still to date been unresolved. The vehilce problems occured after the first 3 months of the purchase of the vehicle and to date none of the problems have been rectified. I have driven a Mercedez Benz product previously that has never given me any trouble also purchased from the same dealership. I am very dissapointed in the product and I cannot believe that it is still in the Mercedez Benz brand. I have been through rattles in the vehilce right through to engine mountings and belts and pulleys, etc. but to date the problems are still persistent. I have now had enough of empty promises made by the dealership, and countless and fruitless visits to the dealer. I afforded them more than enough oppertunity to rectify the matters but to no avail. I do not wish to own the product any longer, due to the fact that it is unreliable and the visits to the dealer is now to the detrement of my company as it is now becoming a costly excersize to move the vehicle back and forth for days on end.</p>
