I have never had such shocking and poor service from Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof and Mercedes Benz SA. My car has been in for more than a month, now initially the alternator was the issue after that took 3 weeks to resolve then the battery is now an issue. The battery in question has an ETA of the 10 th of March, which is absolutely shocking how a battery can so long to procure. You would assume that this On top of all this back and fourth i have requested for a courtesy car and have been informed there are none. The total disregard for your me as a client of a luxury vehicle is honestly disheartening.
