Mercedes Umhlanga poor service

<p>I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz umhlanga and the day after receiving the vehicle the engine light came on. After numerous calls they manged to get a tech out to look at vehicle and fault could not be found. I subsequently returned vehicle to dealership. And after numerous calls and arguments they gave me a courtesy car which in the 1st instance they disagreed on. Now that I returned vehicle they would not do my refund via eft and want to give me a cheque. Service received was absolutely poor </p> <p>No one cares to return calls </p> <p>Very unaccomadating when I advised them I am returning car. Sales person is always in meetings </p> <p>Can never get hold of manager</p> <p>Never expected service like this from one of the biggest dealerships</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed </p>
