my son bought me a merc c180 amg in january 2019. a month after the air con started to trouble. I took it to umhlanga mercedes benz. they indicated the problem was solved. a week after the air con troubled again. the car went in again. the car went in four times for the same problem. they replaced the condenser. their service is pathetic to say the least. I had to phone them al the time to find out about my car. I raised the issue with mercedes south frica.they were worse. they promised to phone but never did. I will never buy another mercedes benz. the car has only 5000 km as at today.0 terrible service from mercedes umhlanga.
