Mercedes technology defects

I drive a mercedes c220 AMG full spec. I am utterly disappointed with how Mercedes Benz SA has completely ignored my complaints about the defaults in their technology called active park assist. I tried using the functionality and my car went straight to hit the wall with all the sensors working. This functionality is sold incorrectly as it does half the job of a self parking car. This clear does not meet customer expectations. I took time making a decision on which car to buy and i ended deciding on a Merc thinking its a superior brand but now its proving to be a shocker. I am not happy with Mercedes and will continue to bad mouth it until they attend to my complaint after numerous phone calls and emails.

I am very unhappy and will not advise anyone to buy this car.
