Mercedes service sucks

<p>Mercedes brand has lost its appeal for reliability and customer service. My vehicle under warranty has gone in for repairs on three ocassions for jerking, twice for thermostat and twice for some gadget on engine. It's been a nightmare to get a lift, courtesy car and I was inconvenienced. This week they kept car for 2 days as thermostat was out of stock. I am then allowed to use for a few days and bring it back when part arrives. </p> <p> </p> <p>Time is money and precious to me. Mercedes must get it right first time. I am just sick of this brand. I am not only one complaint. Sit in the waiting room and views are similar. Most of us moving to BMW and Audi. </p>
