Mercedes service in the gutters.

My car was serviced at its 15000km interval. The wipers and disc pads being wearing parts were not changed. I had issues with the front disc pads only to find it was not changed on the service. Again my wipers started streaking before the service and wasn’t changed. I found out that Mercedes new policy is that wearing parts are only changed on customer request. What a load of nonsense considering the huge fees we pay for service and maintenance plans. I was also recently quoted R700 just to rotate my tyres and alignment. This was a free service offered before. Now it comes as a separate price. Makes me wonder why more people are moving away from Mercedes as a brand..
