Mercedes SA's service the worst you can imagine !!!!

This is the worst experience in my 50 years , dealing with businesses !! From a company that sells the most amount of expensive cars in South Africa, this is really a shame and definitely unprofessional and unexpectable client service. They can not send out spares to the various Mercedes outlets, because of problems with their system . That means, that there is not one person in Merc SA that can still write on a piece of paper ? that is what everybody do and loading later on the system when it's up and running There is some vehicles according to a workshop in the Southern Cape waiting for parts since early December 2022 and they had to repay some customers for payments done for parts ordered, which is not delivered since early Jan 2023 My continuous phone calls to Merc SA was unsuccessful, as well as an e mail to Merc SA head office This is really a bad experience
