PART ON ORDER Absolute poor service delivery. Disgusted in ever dealing with Mercedes. Sell your merc and move over to any other brand. Besides try calling the so called number on the website to lodge an part on order complaint, that even gets not answered. How many agents are there to take an complaint?? PART ON ORDER.. Order an item from Merc Centurion on the 8 December 2022…8 Weeks they Said. From Germany they said.. Just to hear of system crashing early January 2023. Then back orders arriving. Guess what. Still no part 11 weeks later with no arrival date as yet. Come on Mercedes SA. Shocking service delivery. Just as effective as Escom correct. Please connect with me so I can lodge my complaint.
