Mercedes SA please review the Renew it Rivonia partnership accreditation

I have a vehicle financed with mercedes benz finance...my 4th mercedes though Bryanston mercedes. When doing finance mercedes offers preferred interest if indurance is taken by one of their preferred insurance companies...nice offer so i take their lead and go with Hollard....what a mistake. My car was involved in the Jozi dtorm last November 2023...my car has been with Renew it Rivonia to-date. My car hire expired after 30 days...its now 12th March 2024. Renew it prouply advertise that they are a mercedes preffered repair accredited company. Mercedes SA i would relook this advert. I continue paying Hollard to insure my car...i pay mercedes benz finance monthly but dont have my car...and still no action from Hollard and the Renew it Managers that are always unavailable in meetings. So as i consumer what do i do now, i gollw mercedes lead, their insurer suggestion decided not to pay me out or wrte my car off...so why dont i have it back? Weeks ago i was promised another 3 weeks for a showroom car thats heading into 5 werks ago....Veronique a manager at Renew it promised this after the initial complaint by me...another empty promise. Christopher my assessor seems unable to sort matters.Hollard management wont reply. And mercedes and Hollard keep taking my money.
