Mercedes S. A. No customer service

I ordered parts for a 450sl from Mercedes Culemborg on 4 December 2022. I was told Mercedes had the parts in stock. When I went a few days later, I only got 2 of the parts. I have been phoning Mercedes customer service to try get the parts. I have called at least 6 times. The people on the phone apologise and promise to follow up, but have never received any communication from them. I have asked for the manager to call and nothing. I lodge a complaint. Nothing. This the worse service that I have ever received. There is no after sales service from Mercedes S. A. This car has been standing for nearly 2 months and they just don't give a damn. I know if it was Toyota, Nissan or Kia, this car would have been running at most 2 weeks after the order was placed. I have just bought my first Mercedes and it will be my last.
