Mercedes Roodepoort Bad & Unprofessional Services

Roodepoort Branch-The general service of the delaership is very poor especially for the last year or so. I got notifications that my CLS53 AMG battery is low etc. Went to the dealership last week Monday, they tested it and said I need a new battery. R7000 later I took the car and experienced the very same problems that very night. I took tne car back last week Tuesday and they said that a control panel/sensor was faulty and need to be replaced. Its a week later and I still dont have my car back and nobody contacts me with updates or anything. I called this morning just after 8 to try to speak to the Service manager, they said he is busy on a call and will return my call. Its 10 am and still nothing and a week later and still without my car!!!
