MERCEDES NOT YOUR SAFEST CAR (CAR MALFUNCTION)

<p>I use to drive a 2014 C180. On the 25 February 2016 while driving during rainy weather the esp skid icon lit up. On attempting to move to the left lane the esp malfunction icon contact workshop lit up rendering me helpess as I could not control the steering wheel resulting in the car spinning. My car was sent to Mercedes for investigation. On rrival the battery was low and most of the test results showed low power. After waiting three weeks for a report to my utter disgust it states that the accident was caused due to the weather conditions and the thread on one tyre. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TRACTION SAFETY FEATURE OF THE CAR AND NOW MERCEDES CONVENIENTLY REFUSE TO MEET ME TO DISCUSS THEIR FINDINGS. IF YOU LIVING IN RAINY AREAS DONT BUY A MERCEDES..... IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED A SIMILAR PROBLEM PLEASE CONTACT ME. **********
