Mercedes fails to honor Maintenance plan.

I took my car in for the final 100,000 service using the Mercedes service plan.I was later informed that the Maintenance plan will not be honored since i have exceeded the millage by (45km) while bringing the vehicle to the dealership.I wasn't given a chance to speak to manager but was only told to contact the Ombudsman. The service that i have received from Mercedes will make me think twice about purchasing another Vehicle from them.I will advise anyone in the future to purchase a R500,000 vehicle from them.
