Mercedes Durban is utter useless

The worst ****** mercedes dealership To go to. Car sent on 3rd occasion tday for oil leaks as a part allegedly came from Germany. Get called at 2.30 tday and told vehicle can't be ready.. I need vehicle for week end. They dont care and have no courtesy car. They just agree to reassemble and put up under carriage and give vehicle back to me. What a damn waste of my time. Time is money and this aloof dealership don't understand and care. I am even tired of complaining to their customer care lady Lundie who promised a month ago to oversee this repair. Never a mercedes again.
