Mercedes Does Not Care

On the 10 February 2019 i ad a problem with my A class Mercedes 2018 model which was bought new with only 15000 km. I was on my way back from Port Elezabeth, 30km from Port Alfred when the problem started. I call Mercedes emergency help line. when the opperator tells me to park off on the side of the road he is sending someone. I inform the operator its a remote area and looks dangerous and i am with my family and my 6 year old Who is diabetic. He informs me that if i dont park off, Mercedes will not be responsible for the damages. The best part is that 3 Hours later did help arrive at 8pm. Mercedes does Not Care for the safety of its customers. I even called Mercedes S A till now no response from them.
