Mercedes Benz WORST service and repair departments

The Claremont Branch in Cape Town is the absolute worst! My car went in for a service , sensor reset, and break assist on dashboard to be removed. The car was at the workshop for 2 weeks, I went back and forth on three occasions. They wasted my time and my money, every time they said the car is ready then when I arrive then they tell me the car is not ready. To top it off, they informed me that I I will be getting a curtesy car then when I dropped my car off they tell me that I'm mistaken?! Then they call me when I get home, after I uber'd myself home, that I can collect a curtesy car the next day, only to arrive there the next day, to tell me I need to pay a R50 00 holding deposit?! Obv, once again I had to uber myself home. They inconvenienced me so much. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE ANY MERCEDEZ VEHICLES AGAIN! Oh and the workshop guy tightens the number plate on my car without my consent then has the audacity to want to invoice me R500! to tighten a number plate???? Is your labour rate R500 per minute?!?!?!? I am utterly disgusted with the service from Merc Claremont, I will never recommend the brand, ever!
