Mercedes Benz Vito Commercial Vehicles Sandown

I took my Vito to Commercial vehicles for a service and they did a good job. I paid them but their invoice was incorrect as they did not deduct the deposit that i paid from the final invoice amount, thus, i paid the whole amount....maybe they are trying to jump tax responsibilities by doing it this way????

i have been struggling more than two weeks to get my refund. I was also told that the person who i sent the p.o.p. to was on leave....that is not MY problem!!!!! when i was working, i never told a client that. clients do not care. they deserve to be assisted, no matter what it takes. nevertheless, i sent the person the payment dates as well as the amounts and told her (Mina) that she only had to check with her Financial Dept on the reconciliation what payments were done by me (i also gave her the ref number) thus, i could not make it easier....it is a only "received" and "due" that is all that is to it.

I am damn unsatisfied. i also informed her that the damaged the 5th door's handle but i was told to bring the vehicle to them again? How about they come to my house and fix it???!!! They also had to fix other things that were not fixed.

i will think twice to take my Vito there again in future!!!
