Mercedes Benz Very disappointing ****** No Access allowed to their premises.

Good day I went to Mercedes Cargo motors in Klerksdorp to buy a Brand new GLA250. I thought about switching brands. I Currently I am driving a BMW. Been driving for the past 10 years only BMW's. I have never been to Klerksdorp Mercedes before. I forgot my wallet at home, my driver's license was in there. They have a boom access there. The security guard refused me entry. They said I have to park in the street and walk in. It is not exactly on the side walk and a distance up hill. I called the garage the lady told me no, I cannot enter it is their rules. I told her I wanted to buy a car. She just said sorry. I asked to be transferred to the manager which told me the same. I said don't you want the sale? He said sorry park in the street and there was also not really parking. I told him: Thank you I have my answer I am going to BMW then again. He said okay sorry that is the rules. I am sitting in front of a sales executive at BMW and getting VIP treatment. I experienced it from all 3 people as ****** treatment and **************. I have never experienced something like this bringing nearly million rand to them for business. Lucky for BMW. If I ever thought about switching. I got my clear answer. Very disappointed in Mercedes Benz!
