Mercedes Benz Umhlanga - Unproffesional and embarrasing service

What a disgusting service from Mercedes Benz Umhlanga. My car broke down & was towed to Umhlanga, a month after it was serviced by a different dealership. They took 3 weeks to assess the car & I had to call them all the time for feedback & eventually I was told that I will have to pay R265 000 cash for them to fix the vehicle. They claim that I drove a car with faults & the report shows that it was for only 14km. I called MB Service center to my surprise my Motor Plan was cancelled due to "Driving a car with faults" I have never received a proper & formal report and all has been done behind my back and expected to pay such a high amount for a car that displays a coolant fault.
