Mercedes Benz Umhlanga - terrible service

Mercedes Benz Umhlanga dealership Where do I even start. Whether you want to buy a pre-owned car or have your Mercedes serviced, stay well away from this dealership. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with them on 3 occasions and 2 of them have been an absolute joke. Their systems are antiquated. They took a R5000 holding deposit from me for a car, which I was told was fully refundable. Well I guess it depends how to interpret that. I waited 2 weeks for my refund, but then got back R400 less due to bank fees on their transactions on my account! After another 10 days of reminders in eventually was refunded by cash deposit which incurred a further R100 bank fee. On the service side - the right arm isn’t even connected to the left, let alone knows what it’s doing. As new Merc owners, my husband and I both have recently acquired pre-owned cars - I will never deal with the Umhlanga branch ever again. I sincerely hope the other branches have more to offer.
