Mercedes Benz Umhlanga is ruining a high class brand.

I have never gone to Mercedes Benz Umhlanga and had a good experience. The customer service is pathetic. You’d think by being one of the leading brands, a customer would receive top class service, right? Well, sorry to disappoint you, Mercedes Benz Umhlanga is nothing top class nor does it even deserve the title of being Mercedes. I have never dealt with such *********** people with no communication s****s. I have had the same issue with them last year as well. Aren’t I the sucker for punishment? No more. I will never go there again. If you want an experience filled with anger, frustration and lack of communication, Mercedes Benz Umhlanga specializes in just that. :)
