Mercedes Benz The Best Or Nothing?? I agree I got nothing for what I paid for

<p>Car would not start. Daignosis was run and a number of things replaced including the Key Ignition System costing me R28 794,30. Arrived to collect on 21.06.2016 almost a month later got into the car tried to use Keyless entry not working tried Keyless start not working. All this had worked prior and you would think replacing the Key Ignition System and adding a new Key which surley should all be programmed to be used with the car??! Then to be told by the workshop advising the service advisor that I should bring it back again and have it diagnosed agained and the program checked??! I asked would this be covered as this should have already been done; to then be told no this would have a cost!! I am appauled and am now really considering selling both Mercedes Benzs CLKs just so that I never have to deal with this again. I can understand now why previous Merc drivers change to BMW I guss the service is better. Not that I expect to get anything done by posting all this here or hearing back from Mercedes Benz as they seem to be too busy cashing in then servicing customers. To all who read this be well aware and beware what you get yourself into when leaving your car at Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof.</p>
