Mercedes Benz Sunroof explode while driving

Mercedes Benz has let me down regarding its failure to repair CLA 200 the exploted sunroof on my vehicle while I am driving. I heard a shattering sound from the roof of my vehicle. I stopped to inspect and found out that the glass was shattered, that sunroof explode represent real safety hazard to the consumers.

I informed the dealership Mercedes Benz Fountain Service advisor request me to leave a car so that they can get authorization from Mercedes Benz to fix car. I was later on called and was told that Mercedes Benz had declined repairing my vehicle.

Vehicle is still under warranty, gave me problem of irregular sound while I am driving about 110 speed, it was in and out of the workshop to fix the sound, clearly there is manufacturing fault on it it does not need insurance, Mercedes Benz Fountain referred me to Ombudsman to resolve may problem.
